Welcome to the Elansox online shopping experience.
At Elansox we offer our customers a boutique sock, hosiery and accessories shopping experience.
Quality, colour, comfort, durability and uniqueness are the essential credentials we demand when sourcing new products for the Elansox online shop.
Over the next few months we intend to expand our range of unique and fashionable socks and accessories to include items from international and home-grown brands.
We love colour, style and comfort and we know that there are lots of you who do too…

Elansox office hours for posting orders are Monday to Friday 9am to 5 pm.
New Zealand orders are posted parcel post tracked with target delivery time 1-3 working days.
PAYMENT:
Payment can be made by
a) Visa or Mastercard
b) Direct bank transfer using online banking.
c) PayPal online account
ORDER CONFIRMATION:
Once you have placed your order with Elansox you will receive an email within 24 hours (weekdays only) confirming receipt of the order.
DELIVERY:
New Zealand Orders.
A courier and packaging charge of $5.50/order will be added to each order delivered within New Zealand and will be sent to you via courier post. This is normally over-night delivery; please allow an extra day for rural delivery.
Australian Orders:
A postage and packaging charge of NZ $10/order will be added to your order.
Orders are delivered by New Zealand Post International Airmail.
Please allow 4 to 7 days for delivery.
Overseas customers will be charged in New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate that is current at time of purchase.
REFUNDS:
We are happy to exchange or issue a credit note on your item within 10days from date of purchase, provided you have your receipt and the goods are unused and returned in their original condition and packaging, how-ever no refund will be given to change of mind.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless damaged during shipping or have a manufacturing fault.
COLOUR and APPEARANCE:
Due to varying computer screen settings the colour of Elansox products may differ slightly from the item provided.
PRIVACY:
We are committed to ensuring the privacy of our visitors and customers.
No personal information including email address will be given to third parties.
